We made a return to Callaway Raceway for some racing action, We had a fast car and was looking forward to a good night of racing.

Heat Race we were running 2nd working on the leader when a caution came out, which was a good thing, as I started feeling a bad vibration in my right front. After a few laps under caution the vibration got worse and I had to pull into the infield before the green flag flew not know what the problem was, upon returning to the pits we found that we had lost the tie rod on the right front tire.

We made the fix for the feature and not much of a change to the car as set up. We started last spot in the feature and at the drop of the green the car was fast and awesome. On lap 3 we had a caution and it seemed we stayed on lap 3 for ever, every time they would drop the green, I would pass 3-4 cars just to have the caution come back out and I would have to go back those spots.
I felt like I passed 30 cars before ever getting to keep my spot.

We raced out way to the leaders and at times were 3 wide racing for 2nd when with 3 laps to go, I got body slammed throwing my car completely sideways in turns 3-4. I cut the wheel and just hammered the car hoping not to get hit, the car jumped back around and I was aiming for the front stretch so I just stood on the throttle only to loose a few spots. Just luckily the car turned the way it did and not get hit. We came back to finish 5th at the checkered flag.
